Tipik
An Orthodox liturgical calendar in Serbian Cyrillic, with daily readings, fasting rules and liturgical colours for every day of the year.
Типик (Tipik) shows the Orthodox liturgical calendar for each day: the readings, fasting rules, liturgical colour, books and scripture references, in Serbian Cyrillic.
What I did
- Built and published the app alone (140 of 152 commits).
- Built the content pipeline as well: scripts parse the source HTML for each month, generate structured JSON, merge the fasting calendar and package everything into a compressed bundle the app loads.
- Wrote a runbook for adding the next year, so updating the calendar does not depend on me.
- Kept the app compliant with new Google Play target SDK requirements.
