BizniSoft Mobile
The mobile companion to the BizniSoft ERP: order taking, warehouse terminal, POS, CRM and e-invoicing in one app with five licence-gated modes.
BizniSoft Mobile puts a company's ERP in a sales rep's or warehouse worker's pocket. Depending on the licence, the same app becomes an order-taking tool, a data terminal for the warehouse, a point of sale, a CRM, or a B2B ordering channel. It is used by Serbian businesses, so it also handles Serbian e-invoicing (SEF) and connects accountants to their clients.
I have been the only engineer on it since mid-2025, which means I own everything from architecture to the store release.
What I did
- Built and maintain the whole app: about 1,850 of its 1,860 commits.
- Kept it testable at scale: 1,048 test files covering screens, hooks and the data layer.
- Led the upgrade to Expo SDK 57 and React Native 0.86.
- Added team channels and voice rooms by integrating Link, the SDK I designed, and remote screen-share support through the Remote Support SDK.
- Wrote an Astro and Starlight documentation site with a user manual, changelog and release notes.
- Ran development across five parallel git worktrees with a written merge protocol, so several features could move at once without stepping on each other.
