Remote Support SDK
A published React Native package that lets a user share their phone screen with a support agent, who can draw on it in real time.
When a customer is stuck, the support agent can ask them to share their screen from inside the app and then draw arrows and circles on top of it in real time. The package exposes a provider, a control panel and an annotation overlay drawn with Skia, over a WebSocket connection.
I extended the session-creation flow and integrated the SDK into BizniSoft Mobile, where it is used in production.
